Our around 210 employees are the real asset of alesco whether you look at admin, marketing, production or development: They are the basis for the diversity and quality of alesco's products.
That's why we invest in our employees. Regular training courses and inservice training provide them with a high-level knowledge. But our employees are not only our wealth -- they also represent our future. That's why alesco trains more than 8 young apprentices each year. And this trend is on the rise.
The employees of alesco are just as multi-national as our clients are international. They come from all over the world: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia, Italy, Croatia, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Spain and Sri Lanka.
