FILM extrusion
On our 18 modern single-layer and multi-layer extruding systems in Langerwehe and Alsdorf, we produce more than 2000 tonnes of FILM each month. Because only reputable manufacturers' granulates are used at alesco’s, we not only provide our clients with high-quality FILMS, but also with a wide range of specifications:
- 15 to 250 µm thick
- Up to 6400 mm wrap circumference
- Mono and coex quality
- highly transparent to coloured
- PE FILMS as LLDPE, LDPE and MDPE
- UV stabiliser / UV protection
- 12 inline printing systems directly at the extruder
