Development never stands still
There is an idiom: "If you stop getting better, you’ll stop being good". Production processes, formulae and materials are being continuously refined. That's why we like to keep in close contact with our customers, machinery- and raw-materials’ suppliers. Working in collaboration with them, we can discover a range of suitable solutions favourable to the wallet and to the world around us.
For example, with our re-combustion plant /after-burn-plant we already make contributions to environmental protection at the production stage. This system absorbs solvent based air from our print works and cleans it without needing any energy itself. The solvents get burned in a chamber at more than 850° C. The clean, hot air then heats up the incoming air and ignites it. No further energy or any combustion gas is required. This system also pleases our colleagues in the printing department because it also significantly reduces the smells given off by the machinery.
