These are the reasons for the new multi-layer bio film generation from alsesco:
1. The granules are made of renwable raw materials, such as cornstarch. This makes us more independent from the limited oil reserves of our planet.
2. The film is compostable. At the end of its product life it can eco-friendly and cost-efficiently be disposed via the compost bin of the consumer. "After a while the material entirely decomposes into water, carbon dioxide and biomass."
3. alesco produces this eco-friendly packaging as a multi-layer film. In terms of customer requirements its features fulfil brilliance, stability with a low film thickness, printability and flexibility. Therefore, the film can substitute many conventional packagings.
4. Various fields of application: wether as tailor-made bags or as semi-finished products for your own production, for the food- or non-food market - you can use our compostable multi-layer bio films as customisably as our other products.
5. Our bio films were certified by DIN CERTO according to EN 13432 and are allowed to have the compostability logo.
